I only used one of the hand decorated papers as a base.  I loved the paper too much to cover it all up. I used a Liquitex Glass bead concoction with some glitter and put a streak of it running from the upper left corner to the lower right corner in a gentle wave pattern. I glued down a hairy fiber along the glass beads.  I broke open one of the seashells and stuck the little pieces next to my hairy fiber. On the other side of my glass bead line I added some small beads. I attached the hairy fiber to a swivel fishing gadget. I punched out circle bubbles from the bright yellow paper. Added my quote using a nib and Dr. Martin's bleed proof white ink diluted with a bit of water.

I cut the large light blue paper into wavy strips and glued them to the yellow cardstock leaving large enough spaces to add my quote. I glued down a piece of the hairy fiber to give the illusion of a net and glued down 2 of the seashells and a bead. I added a fishing hook. Wrote my quote with a .005 micron pen.
