I scored lines every 1/2" both horizontally and
vertically. I then stamped my image (Stampendous P064 Bamboo) with Dew
Drops Midnight Black. and heat embossed it with Black detail embossing
powder. I then used Diamond Glaze to paint in the squares making sure I
didn't go into the groves. The diamond glaze is a matte finish and
isn't self leveling so it created some variations in the surface mimicking
a glazed stone tile. I then stamped my quote (Quietfire Design
Rubber Stamp) onto vellum, trimmed it and glued it onto the tiled
cardstock with diamond glaze. I edged the cardstock with a red Zig pen so
you get a hint of color, then mounted it onto black cardstock. Quote: As you dream so shall you become |

Same scoring as above but every 3/4". Distress ink
pads Red Brick and Black Soot to color background. Color Box Silver and
white embossing powder for the corner leaf patterns (Old Island). Black
Dew Drops for
the word stamp (Quietfire Design). Mounted onto a white textured hand made
paper then onto black cardstock.
